40 Litre Boab Footwell Water Tank with Water Pump, Hose Kit and Breather Cap Bundle

This Boab water tank bundle includes everything needed to get moving, including the Boab 40 litre footwell water tank, a 12v water pump, hoses and a breather tank cap.

This 40 Litre Footwell Water Tank Bundle is the perfect solution for a quick water storage solution in your vehicle. It includes pretty much everything you'll need to get up a running. Place the tank in the footwell of your vehicle's back seat, install the hose, pump and breather cap, and you have an easy to access water storage solution.

The tank comes equipped with two 1/2" BSP brass outlets, which allow for easy plumbing and customisation with normal hardware fittings. The brass outlets also provide additional strength and resilience, and should last longer than some plastic options out there.

The 40L water tank should fit most vehicle backseat footwells. The transmission tunnel recess is 420mm wide at the base, tapering to 200mm at the top, and is 110mm high, while the cut-out for the center console is 200mm wide and 60mm deep.

Made from UV-stabilised and BPA-free material, this water tank is built to last and ensure safe storage of your drinking water supply.

This tank also comes with nutserts installed. These are not designed to hold the full weight of the tank but can assist in stabilising (stoping the tank from sliding). Depending how you set it up, it is always recommended to support the tank with metal straps using the indents and holes.

      Boab Breather Tank Cap

      This vented (breather) screw-on cap for the water tank is designed to screw onto the opening of your water storage tank. The cap has a screw thread on the inside, which is used to tighten the cap onto the tank, forming a secure seal.The cap has a built-in vent, which allows air to enter the tank as liquid is dispensed, preventing vacuum pressure from building up and making it difficult to pour the liquid. It essentially allows the tank to breath while preventing spillage. The vented screw-on cap helps ensure that the water tank can be easily filled and emptied, while also helping to prevent spills and leaks.

      After seeing quite a few similar products and being a little confused as what to buy, I’m glad I dug deeper and soon realised why Boab’s water tanks are better in quality and better in design by quite a significant margin, sold by 4x4 Downunder.

      Merely the fact that others’ lack the ability to make use of all of the water in one side is actually a design flaw on their part that is laughable. I mean, how ridiculous!

      As soon as I saw Boab solved this problem, plus used quality fittings, plus could supply a suited pump/hose/nozzle kit, along with their responsive and helpful communication, it was too easy to choose Boab, and I absolutely LOVE my water tank and pump/hose kit.

      Order Dispatch

      Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Should there be any delays we will let you know immediately.

      In order to get your purchase to you as promptly and safely as possible we utilise a number of trusted and reputable courier services, including Australia Post (depending on the item and your location). These delivery services should have your item delivered to your door within 2 - 10 working days depending on your location. In some cases where the address is based in the more regional parts of Australia this may take longer. Should the delivery time take longer than we would like we will let you know.

      As soon as the item has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can then use this number to watch your item make it's way toward your location. It should also give you a clear idea of exactly when to expect your item.

      Depending on the item we may contact you to arrange delivery. In order to ensure your purchase lands in the correct hands we will require a signature from you on delivery. If you are not home on delivery the postman/courier will leave a card with collection details.
